god is our heavenly father. as humans it is our nature to sin which makes us fall short of god. this is why god sent his one and only son jesus to die on the cross for our sins. through jesus we are given the gift of salvation and eternal life which is free and requires nothing less than to reach out and accept it. (romans 3:23-24 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of god, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by christ jesus.) in jesus we are forgiven this does not mean we are sinless this is why we must confess our sins unto god daily because he will forgive us no matter how great the sin. many people struggle with this thinking we have to do good things to be accepted by our heavenly father. (galatians 3:1-14 salvation is by faith, not by works) since you didn't earn your way into your earthly fathers home, then why should you think you have to earn your way into your heavenly fathers home? what jesus did on the cross creates the big picture. for those who accept jesus in the end will not be judged on what they did wrong but how they lived there life for god. (romans 8:1 so now there is no condemnation for those who belong to christ jesus.) you are on this earth for a purpose, god has a plan for your life all though we make mistakes god is forgiving. the reward god promises is eternal life in heaven after this life is over. now the question is will you reach out and accept father gods invitation? remember its that simple will you come to the father of all fathers and say yes god i need that intament relationship with you? if so i want you to pray this prayer just say father god i am a sinner. i repent of my sins. i believe jesus christ died for my sins. i believe jesus christ rose from the dead. i accept jesus christ as my lord and savior. dear god, i ask you to forgive me of my sins and give me a brand new start, in jesus name i pray amen.
